This midi dress is pretty close to perfect. The elegant boat neckline and three-quarter-length sleeves are pure sophistication, while the nipped waist and ruched details add a figure-flattering boost. We also threw in a leg slit for good measure so you can wear this beyond the office for special occasions, too.
