At VENUS, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided, or download the QR code for a paperless drop-off.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
